Careful grape selection. Very gentle pressing to obtain free-run juice with minimal colour extraction from the skins. Cold fermentation followed by winter resting in stainless steel tanks.
Appearance: Onion-skin colour with salmon hues.
Aromas: Delicate white flower aromas over a background of red cherry and wild strawberries
Taste: Fine and smooth entry, with a fresh and elegant palate that invites continued enjoyment.
