En cas de no presentació o d’arribada amb retard que impedeixi realitzar la visita, la reserva es considerarà consumida. Les modificacions estaran subjectes a disponibilitat. Cancellation policy: Bookings may be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the activity. After this period, the amount paid will not be refunded. In case of no-show or late arrival that prevents the visit from taking place, the booking will be considered used. Changes are subject to availability. Annuleringsvoorwaarden: Reserveringen kunnen kosteloos worden gewijzigd of geannuleerd tot 48 uur vóór de activiteit. Na deze termijn wordt het betaalde bedrag niet terugbetaald.
